day of start of your painting job

• Meet the foreman & superintendent to do a walk around and cover the scope of the work and mention any changes or concerns at that time
• Confirm where the colors are to be applied and hand over draw downs to foreman
• Notify the foreman on what time is best to start in the morning and finish in the day
• Show the foreman where is best to clean brushes and rollers etc. (It is recommended by the metro that latex paint is cleaned in a sink so it can be filtered and kept from the rivers and streams.)
• Show the foreman where the restroom is
• Hand deposit check to superintendent
• Be available for consultation either in person or by phone

during the course of the job

• Please feel free to periodically check in on the progress of the job and see that things are going according to plan, we have nothing to hide and want your input and approval
• If you have concerns please notify the job foreman a.s.a.p.
• Most important, relax and take pleasure in the new colors as they are added to your home

at the end of the job

• We will make an appointment with you to do a final walk through
• Meet with job foreman and Superintendent and do a walk through and approve all scope of work prior to handing over final payment
